The 2024 Call for Vendors is here!
The Student Projects Subcommittee is excited to announce our 2024 Call for Vendors for the Winter Art market taking place on December 4th, 2024!

This semi-annual event invites all UofT student small business owners, student artists and artisans to participate in a fun afternoon to celebrate the end of the semester! Student vendors who produce hand-made goods (i.e. art prints, crafts, handmade clothing, jewellery etc.) are invited to sign up as holiday market vendors!

Student projects' goal is to offer the university community to view and purchase a variety of hand-made goods ranging from art and photography to clothes and stationary. In the evaluation process, vendors will be evaluated based on the presentation of their businesses and diversity of products. Therefore, applicants are not selected on a first-come first-serve basis. We are open to applications from all kinds of businesses selling a variety of products.
Due to large number of applicants to our past art markets, we ask applicants to adhere to the submissions deadline to show fairness and respect to other applicants. While we wish we could include all vendor applicants, we ask for understanding from vendors who will not make it into the market. The shortlisted applicants will be contacted a few days before the market in case of any cancellations. Previous vendors are welcome to reapply, but they will not be given special priority which does not mean they will be less valued but considered equally among all other applicants.

Please note that this year students participating in the market will have to pay a station fee of $20 as a fundraising endeavour for the Art Committee. The revenue of this event will go towards the Hart House Art Committee's budget. Vendors will be required to handle their own transactions. Please note that edible goods are not eligible to be sold at this time. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us at studentprojects.harthouse@utoronto.ca with "Winter Art Market Applications" in the subject line.
